The territory addendum for U.S. Virgin Islands is being researched and written now. Addenda are prepared one at a time, in alphabetical order, from each jurisdiction's own official sources.
When it is ready, it will map every Maryland reference in the manual to its U.S. Virgin Islands equivalent — the agency that funds employment services, the vocational rehabilitation route, licensing and staffing, incident reporting, billing and records, and the local law that changes the package.
The fifteen volumes themselves do not wait: their standards apply in every jurisdiction, and the fit assessment works today.
