Our commitment

This site serves organizations that support people with disabilities, and many of its users are people with disabilities. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and hold ourselves to the same standard the Employment Services manual sets for its providers (policy P1.9, Accessibility, Communication and Cultural Responsiveness).

What we have done so far

Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
Headings, landmarks, labels and form error messages are coded for screen readers.
Text scales to 200 percent without loss; color is never the only carrier of meaning; contrast meets AA in light and dark modes.
Animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
Plain language throughout.

A full audit with screen-reader users is scheduled before the first paid release, and a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) will be published with it.
