What this site never holds

Nothing about any person served by any provider. The fit assessment, the decisions and the gate checklists ask about your organization, never about the people you serve. Monthly check-ins, when offered, accept counts and rates only. Please do not enter a person's name, record or benefit information anywhere on this site.

What stays in your browser

The Adoption Navigator saves your answers in your own browser (local storage) so that you can leave and come back. That data is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data, or using the "Start over" button, removes it.

What we hold when you contact us or create a workspace

If you write to us, we keep your message and your work email to answer you. When workspaces open, we will hold your organization's profile (name, sites, officers, fiscal year), your users' names and work emails, your decisions, adoption records, attestations and aggregate measures, protected as described in the platform's terms. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. If we measure visits, we use a privacy-respecting method that does not identify you.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@abilitiesbountiful.com or call 443-233-8521.

Maryland law

If personal information we hold about you were ever exposed, we would notify you as Maryland's Personal Information Protection Act requires.
