Employment Services in Missouri
Missouri's three adult DD waivers offer a full employment menu at one statewide fee per service. The minimum wage reached $15.00 in 2026, and sheltered workshops are still certified by the state.

The three biggest differences
- A full menu, one fee. Career Planning, Benefits Planning, Job Development and Supported Employment, each at a single statewide rate.
- $15.00, but no sick leave. The minimum wage rose to $15.00 in 2026, and the state's paid sick leave law was repealed in 2025.
- Workshops remain. The state still certifies sheltered workshops; the program offers individual community jobs instead.
