Employment Services in Louisiana
Louisiana's waivers pay individual employment as a full sequence of services, from job development to follow-along, and its vocational rehabilitation agency is open to everyone eligible.

The three biggest differences
- A full employment menu. Job Development, Initial Job Support, Extended Job Supports and Follow-Along each have their own code, cap and rate.
- VR is open and goes first. All LRS groups have been open since 2022, and supported employment pays in eight milestones.
- Every visit verified. Supported employment visits clock in and out in LaSRS, the state's electronic visit verification system.
