Who it is for

Anyone who wants to work, with extra support for people with disabilities. The family and friends who help them. And the counselors, job coaches and providers who support job seekers every day.

Our employment specialists are certified.

Every employment specialist on our team is an APSE Certified Employment Support Professional™ and an ACRE Certified Professional. When you call us, this is who you will talk with.

CESP™

Certified Employment Support Professional™

Awarded by APSE to employment staff who pass a national exam on the skills of supporting people with disabilities at work.

ACRE

Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) Certified Professional

Earned through ACRE-approved, skills-based training in employment services. Our specialists hold the ACRE Certificate.

For providers and counselors

Bring our employment specialists to the people you serve.

Our certified employment specialists work alongside your team, from the first conversation about work to a steady job. You keep your relationship with each person. We add the employment expertise.

Refer someone who wants to work

We meet the person, learn their strengths, and keep you informed at each step, with their permission.

Add employment to your services

If your agency does not offer employment supports yet, our specialists can work with the people you support while you build your own program.

Coordinate with funders

We work with vocational rehabilitation counselors, DDA coordinators and benefits counselors, and talk through how each person’s services can be funded.

When you first contact us, please leave out the names and health details of anyone you serve. We will arrange a safe way to share referral information.

Are you a certified employment specialist (APSE CESP, ACRE)? Join our specialists: we verify your credentials, speak with your references, and talk.

Would you rather open an employment program of your own? Start the five-minute fit assessment, or see how Employment Services works.
